• NSRG membership is limited. Some of our current members leave us during the year, so the membership committee will consider a new member when required to fill the spot. A WAITING LIST OF APPLICANTS IS NOT RETAINED FROM YEAR TO YEAR. You are required to re-apply for the next membership drive and applications will only be considered for the CURRENT membership year. Applications are vetted by a committee and memberships will be offered at their discretion. There are plans in 2026 to accept applications twice a year, in the spring, and in the fall. You are encouraged to email your application electronically to the membership chair. The membership application form can be downloaded from here.

• Current applicants and current members must inform the secretary at Secretary of any changes to their contact information, including telephone number, email address, and home address.

• New club members are required to pay an initiation fee of $250 plus GST as well as their annual dues.  The initiation fee is a one-time payment.  This fee will not need to be paid again by a club member who lets their membership lapse and rejoins later.

• Members whose membership has lapsed and not been paid on time will lose their membership. It will be offered to a new member. You will be required to go through the application process again. This could mean a significant wait.  IT IS THE MEMBER'S RESPONSIBILITY TO RENEW THEIR ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP ON TIME. 

• The membership dues cover the individual member, and in the case of a family membership, their spouse and children living at home and who are attending school up to age 25. 

• All members must complete a club-developed safety/orientation seminar before shooting activities commence.

• Our membership fee is for a calendar year. Membership renewal is handled during the month of November for the next calendar year of January 1st to December 31st.   New members joining the club during the membership year will have their dues pro-rated.

Membership Fees Initiation Fee: $250.00 + GST   2026 Annual Dues:   $300 + GST for a single membership $350 + GST for a family membership   E-Transfers can be paid directly through your bank to: nsrg.accounting@gmail.com   This account has been set up to make the E-transfer easy. No special password is needed. Please mention your name, membership number and whether its for a single or family membership in the message box.
